We aim to give you same-day dispatch on orders received before 5p.m. (1700 hours) Monday –Friday. However sometimes there can be a delay in dispatch due to bank & public holidays, bad weather etc: 
We will notify you if there is a major delay in dispatching your order, otherwise we will dispatch at the earliest opportunity the next working day You may have items on your order that are currently not in stock. If this is the case we will contact you and let you know the situation. If this happens we will offer you our earliest dispatch time usually within a few days.

We use Royal mail postal service for smaller items and reputable Carrier companies for larger items 
Please allow up to 3/5 working days for delivery. 
Royal Mail service aim to delivery within 3 working days, which is usually the case 
We re-use clean used packaging along with brand new packaging products. 
This helps keep costs down and has environmental advantages. 
My order hasn’t arrived 
Before you contact us, please check with your neighbors’ house-mates etc, this solves the problem in most cases. 
From time to time goods get lost in the postal system. It doesn't happen often but when it does we know it's frustrating. We would ask that you allow 10 working days (Monday – Friday) from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. If 10 working days have passed without delivery please contact us. 
If Royal mail or the Courier are unable to deliver your order after they have check/searched, we will refund all costs to you or we will send a replacement if still required (subject to stock availability). 
If you do not inform us of missing goods within 30 days of purchase we cannot guarantee we can refund or replace any goods. (Notifying us After 30 days gives us very little time to claim compensation from Royal Mail or Courier Companies).

We strive to ensure all orders are sent out correctly by our warehouse team. In the event of a mistake we will rectify as quickly as possible.
