If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, 

we offer a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items minus shipping charges.

LOST IN POST:

We use Royal Mail tracked service which we have found to be trustworthy and reliable, However if a parcel expectantly is lost in post we will request Royal Mail for a refund, This process may take 15-20 days.

These are the terms set by the Royal Mail, not by us. There is nothing we can do until these timings have passed.

After 15/20 working days we can issue a refund.

 

ALL LOST ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US  WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE SALE. This allows us a short period of time to claim from the courier/Royal Mail. Beyond this we are unable to claim for the loss. 

Non Delivery ?
